I purchased these trays for a mere $1 a piece at the Dollar Tree. They look far more expensive than they are and add such a chic touch if you simply place items upon them. Some of my favorite items to display on the trays are perfume bottles & bathroom accessories.

Method #2: DIY Nail Polish Frame

I shared a step-by-step tutorial of how to whip one of these babies up in this post. Not only is this an inexpensive decorative accent, but it also serves as an organizational tool to tidy up your polish or other small accessories. Simply hang it up, tie on a cute bow (if you wish), and admire your touch of instant glam.

Method #3: DIY Wall Art

Why spend loads of money on wall art when you can create something unique yourself? All you really have to do is print or draw out a design and pop it in a frame – easy as pie! In this post, I explain how to make your very own foil prints. If you decide you want something a little more lustrous, you can add a little sparkle to your design by following these simple steps.

I decided to draw up a pair of eyelashes that I then foiled & added to a shiny, gold frame. Not only are you able to create a one-of-a-kind piece, you can create something for a fraction of the cost compared to what you’d purchase at a home decor store.

Method #4: DIY Pillow Cases

You can create unique pillow cases in a jiffy using iron-on transfer sheets. All you have to do is print a design on one of the transfer sheets using an inkjet printer, cut out your design, & iron to apply.

You don’t need to dig too deep into that wallet of yours to make your home look enchanting. With a few budget-friendly tips, that space of yours will be looking glam in no time.
