Holidays are a great excuse to make festive treats, and Easter is no exception. I decided to whip up some Easter-inspired granola balls using the recipe from my 5 ingredient no-bake granola bars.

To make these cute little bite-sized babies, you’ll need the following ingredients:

  • 1 Cup of Quick Oats
  • 1/2 Crisp Rice Cereal
  • 1/2 Cup of Peanut Butter
  • 1/4 Cup of Honey
  • 1/4 Cup of Pastel-Colored M&Ms

Follow the steps in this recipe, subbing the raisins for pastel-colored M&Ms. Be sure to let the mixture cool down a bit before adding in the M&Ms to prevent them from cracking and melting into your granola dough. Once the dough is prepared, roll it into bite-sized balls. If you spray your hands with cooking spray, it’ll make this process a bit less messy. Once your balls are rolled, placed them on a pre-greased baking sheet and pop in the freezer for an hour to harden.

Be forewarned – these things are addicting. The fact that they are in the shape of a ball makes them so poppable, you may even be tempted to eat the whole tray – no judgment if you do, they’re that good.
